Although steeped in traditional roots, Patricia Wynnjones, M.D., enhances her traditional medicine training with a wealth of instruction in complementary practices. To begin, she received her M.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. She completed both a residency in Anesthesiology and a Fellowship in Pediatric Pain Management at UCLA.

Dr. Wynnjones has furthered her studies in these areas: acupuncture and hypnotherapy at UCLA; Healing Touch at the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine in La Jolla, CA; PSYCH-K with originator Robert M. WIlliams, M.A.; Gua Sha at the CHI Center in San Clemente; Koryo Hand Therapy with Dr. Tae-Woo Yoo (originator of Koryo Sooji Chim); Auricular Medicine with Dr. Nadir Soliman, and Auriculotherapy with Dr. Terry Olsen.

Dr Wynnjones is the author of Today I… Talk Yourself to a Happier, Healthier Life in 5 Minutes a Day. Dr. Wynnjones is the Chairman of Pain Management at Olympia Medical Center, in addition to treating patients in her private practice in Los Angeles.
